A lot of folks think this is just a lawsuit play. So I think the SCOTUS info we got is causing a few of those folks to jump back in.
Not sure how you could JUST see this as a patent play ticker with all the DD out there for deals and ICO on the table..... but hey, not everyone knows what a winner looks like (as evident in the NFL draft last night lol)
