I don't believe Oceanside has exercised any warrants. They got the 4M shares from the 10k as payment in full on the loan. Instead of selling since the 10k, they have held those shares and still have the 6M warrants, which put them over the 5% requiring them to file. It looks to me they are intending to hold those shares probably at least until after the uplisting.
