Plans are useless; planning is indispensable.

SIGOs plans likely change monthly.
They do have some core focuses: quality, quantity, price. But the means to achieve those values probably change quite often. Duh, they are a startup in one of the fastest growing industries ever.
When folks on message boards attempt to splice quotes or sentences from 8Ks in an effort to throw flags on inconsistencies..., these are not legitimate problems. Plans change.
I believe, IMO, they could still adjust the three phase expansion plan. I personally think they need to get the "5000 plant / bay @ 6 bays = 30 harvests in a year" ops humming by year end. That would be a solid achievement, and put them on a $7-10M/year rev clip. Then expand that.
They may get this thing humming by summers end, too.
