I’ve been watching trading and level 2 activity on FUSZ very closely today and can now say, without doubt, that the volatile pricing is purely due to MM manipulation. I was hesitant to believe that this was the case but it has shown to be so clear that I’m disappointed in myself for not seeing it sooner.
My gut says the dip manipulation has been to allow low buy-in points for selfish reasons. nFusz has shown remarkable promise and credibility (especially as an OTC) that those who’ve ridden the pumps have now realized that the long-term upside is much greater than originally expected.
(I should also add that I worked as a clerk for a MM firm on the NYSE floor in the late 90’s, when they were called Specialists.)
All of the above is, of course, just my opinion.
