Mods on iHang give people a chance. It takes a little time to change behavior patterns. This is not about having a one sided conversation. A few may think it is, but it's not. It is a pro company board and people need to be respective and put their emotions aside

If someone posts get deleted, try not to get mad. Heck, I delete my own posts sometimes when I realize they don't add value.

The thumbs up/down rating really helps people zero in on the best posts and ignore the others.
