I truly believe (hoe??) we will get the "built-up"/"over-due PRs on CES Contracts, CLEC and more after Ticker Change- I still have a good/gut feeling that they are also dealing with the old Preferred and Share Structure, all of which will "come out" after the Ticker Change, with regular updates thereafter. No guaranties on life, but for now, that's my story and I'm sticking to it, LOL
