Good point NPike! With the recent SCOTUS decision, I'm sure they may want to file a rebuttal to include reference to the SCOTUS decision! Either way, I'm certain that we're looking at a short turn around, with the end result being that the California SA ruling will be overturned! Then let the fun begin! SA & the remaining defendants will be lining up to engage serious settlement talks!
