The B747 is in Oscoda. They owed Kalitta plenty of money for maintenance so I believe they just handed the 747 over for spare parts, even trade . They started the process of clawing back those shares last August or September 2017. Some shares were then given back voluntarily. I don't know what the final result was for all.
