I agree Sunny. R/S will only lead to more dilution. NSS is a form of double dilution and will continue unless TECO executes with credibility and proven results. The l
OS share structure converted to classes of shares restricted, etc through a R/M might be possible. In my opinion a R/S is not the way to raise capitol given the history and ongoing attacks. All it will do is show any new shareholders planning long positions the true colors of a typical "stinky pinky" right out of the gate.
