Well, then you'd better start compiling a list of records! All emails and responses from IR that people have posted on here and the other board and all announcements from Utopya on Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook would be a good start.
If it is a scam, (which I don't think it is), stuff like that has a tendency to get "lost".
