What good is a board that has no authority? This BOARD and the CEO HAVE BEEN ADVISED CONTINUALLY by people who know that equipment better than anyone. Yet, Heddle still runs this PUBLIC COMPANY like his personal fiefdom.
6 people to get that plant running, and that includes office support staff. Running HTF would make the company money almost instantly after start-up. Recycling plastic is a noble idea, but not a profitable one on the scale this company needs to show its shareholders some sort of a return. Running HTF, at least in the interim, will get the company back on its feet.
The board is toothless and useless. Total mockery of a public company.
