FINRA is as slow as molasses ... shareholders of DOLV-JBZY (me included) waited more than six months to get that through FINRA. I think when there's exceptionally major amount of information to sort through, this regulator (short staffed) takes a lot more time than what is 'normal' and I'm not sure I know what normal is... FINRA had the IR guy (Richard Oravec) go through hoops and cost before giving the okay so I'm not concerned about the time it's taking but I feel like Berman has responded by now in terms of clearing the books of debt, etc. that the agency will give the go ahead any day... guess that's what Berman may be counting on as well... we'll see.
