The decision is so detailed point by point in validating SFORs patent, it was a clear coup de grâce (a blow to end suffering) to Duo, Trustwave and Gemalto and they immediately went to settle.
Now in appeals court the USPTP/RTABS DECISION (along with other legal evidence presented) will be the a clear coup de grâce / death blow, delivered by Douglas Hallward-Driemeier.
