I for one would like to hear an update on the DE settlement. It's been dragging on since December and we haven't heard any REAL news since then, only rumors that debt settlement is much smaller than the amounted posted on state website.

Since we have been led to believe that payment of the DE debt is a hurdle that stands in the way of a FINRA update one would think this is the highest priority for the stock. Once debt is satisfied all the dominoes should fall quickly at least according to people on this board.
