This is very interesting and both old and new info to me. Make of it what you will, but this specific DoD/Dr.Royea/Caltech/NDT contract appears to have started in 2016, right AFTER Dr. Royea personally worked on developing the MYDX/Cannadx analyzers/sensors during the old NDT/MYDX Joint development agreement. Dr. Royea of Caltech and NDT was also a contributor to the MYDX white paper. For those who don't know, NDT is who exclusively licensed around 60 or so of Dr. Nathan Lewis's (Caltech) patents to MYDX.
