Based on the IR email Beandog posted (thx Beandog!), as of 03/28, the FINRA filing was still “in process”. So I’m (over)thinking that they didn’t actually file it until earlier this month, otherwise why not say “FILED”.

From there who knows how long to process paper work. I still think the 60 day corporate action is impacting the timing of it all.
