I’m no expert.....this is likely liquidation of the distributor aged inventory at a deep discount to recover some cost vs taking an E&O charge. Dumping for sure but why would this particular strategy for a finite portion of the distributor inventory directly impact DECN profit? Anyhow, someone closer would need to convey why the distributor was fired.
