So what is everyone(that is not on this which hunt and boogeyman show) think the plan is.

I Think B and P are running 2 different paths. The manipulators keep trying to say P and B paths are related, I do not think this is the case. I think B is being lined up with intentions to support whichever path the company is planning and that P is running a completely different agenda. I do believe P will be partnered first it is the easiest and fastest for a company to get up and running. B seems to need more of it's stuff lined up(sachets, ointments pills etc...), not saying a partner ship isn't real close in the near time frame just it takes more leg work on managements part, hence the different steps in reporting and adding pieces.
