There have been some SFOR court rumblings recently as well. Could we be smacked in the face with a double whammy of large done deals/revenue AND settlements with royalties or licensing fees??? Is SecureAuth even trying to fight this now or are they in settlement mode now that their Epic December sale to K1 Investment Management for $225 million has gone through?? Remember, ALL remaining first set of infringers are NOT counter-suing and were ALREADY in settlement negotiations. Settlement negotiations were ALREADY advanced with multiple infringers, per the late November court filings, so we may explode like you cannot imagine. If both catalysts occur in close proximity time-wise with comments from Strikeforce that the first PR "IS THE BEGINNING OF INCREASING REVENUES AND MORE CLIENTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND BEYOND", nothing will stop Strikeforce PPS from a Cinderella movement.
