ditto .. imo 90% of an OTC's success (after years of being a target) comes from mgmt's awareness .. without it .. mgmt's inability to execute becomes obvious .. usually by toxic funding which is always played against mgmt and retail .. the cycle of retail getting fed up and vacating is also utilized to great effect .. always telling when an OTC SURVIVOR like Innovation Pharma .. retains an enviable I/O at this stage of NRs' rigged game to say nothing of actual investors' *awareness*
