I totally agree. Amazon Prime membership has a lot of advantages. They have a beautiful customer support structure built in and prioritized. I love how if you got wrong or defective merchandise fulfilled by Amazon, you just log on and fill out the short & sweet form, and they ship your replacement product immediately. You have 30 days to get the return to them. I've only had to do it once, but if I remember correctly, it was a Prime item and the return shipping was on them. I still got my grandson's snowsuit in time for Christmas.
