"formulator" is not "developer." You were claiming that there was a "big developer of Brilacidin." That is not at all what Dr. Reddy's was charged with, 4 years ago. IPIX is the company that is developing Brilacidin. There is no other company that is charged with doing so.

Answer: there is NO such evidence. There are plenty of long-time shareholders who have posted their BUYING, though.
