I would guess a sweetheart deal where both men benefit I don't see how Sears survives without the appliances. I don't see how they even survive with them. I can bet the real estate is worth more than the price. For a morning PR, the stock did not go nuts. I'd call that negaive stock reaction, even though up 7+ %.
