I can't figure out how to post an image, but I found the paperwork and it says name change amendment was adopted on Feb. 17 and received by Wyoming on Feb. 26, they made it official on March 5. If the 60 days started on when the amendment was adopted then the 60 days would have been up on April 18... just wondering what is considered a corporate action.
