I used to travel to London 2 or 3 times a year beginning in early 1980's. Great place,,,safe place. We would always stay at a hotel called the Grosvenor House -- beautiful hotel with all the amenities you could ask for. By 1990, we noticed that it had been taken over by Muslims. We no longer felt welcomed and decided to begin staying at the Sheraton Hotel over next to Herrods. Before we knew it, no Americans were staying at the Grosvenor House as only the Arabic language was used. It became quite obvious to us that by the early 2000's, muslims had much control of the city and government. I haven't been back since 2013 and never intend to visit again.

Isolationism sometimes is best,,,IMO
