The o/s as of Mar 31, 2018 is 1.89 billion.
The company has received a term sheet of $49 million for a $50-55 million CDU project.
If, as the company has stated, 1.255 billion was reserved for notes going forward and they are building a 100,000 bbl refinery in addition to the 10,000 bbl CDU, then the pps could be well over $1.
