I find the latest lawsuit filing troubling to say the least. If, as was previously stated on the CC, NTEK was funded and had settled the lawsuit with Long Side, then why did Long Side just file a new demand for all documents related to the Bridgeport loan as well as all information to the liquidation sale at NTEK's former HQ?

I was listening on the CC and thought that David had stated that all of this was settled.
