All-or-nothing binary thinking is rarely the way things really work. I think there is probably some relatively small amount of stock being sold to Aspire by the company, and Aspire in turn is selling some of that, and there is some (a lot) of just market makers manipulating.

No one except the people at the company (and Aspire, if they're getting some stock) know the truth.

As far as Aruda, why would he sell here? The time to sell was when he DID sell, years ago at higher levels. He got enough dough from that to live comfortably. It would be stupid to sell at these levels, when we have at least two forms of Brilacidin with proven great results. (OM and UP formulations)
