No one was forced into this. The company is doing what they said they would do, in the order they said it would be done. In fact, I believe they released the phone early to calm ppl down. The ticker change, as far as I know, is completely out of their hands at this point. Id be shocked if they release anything substantial before the change, so lets give it a few weeks and give them the chance to deliver.
