IPIX is no long a pre-clinical company because there have been human clinical trials. This does not mean that other research may not be occurring that has not yet reached the stage of clinical trials, but the company is no longer defined as "pre-clinical."

For instance, look at NNVC. They have existed much longer than IPIX and still have not a single clinical trial going. So they are pre-clinical. IPIX is not.
