I've gotten a reply. But the email I sent was probably a little unusual; and their response was basically that they couldn't tell me what I was asking. My impression is that they have chosen not to address the garden variety investor hysteria about stock price, and when is news coming out, etc., but will respond if you have something they consider important, however they define that.

It's odd, but it is what it is.
