Flippers are making all of the "small" money (remember all short term gains taxed as ordinary income- 40% plus for me and others in NYC). Big money will be made by the longs who book long term capital gains in the early months of 2019. Not knocking your plays/trades in any way/I'm happy for your booked profits, but I still think it;s a bit of a "sucker's bet" when taxes are factored in.
