I personally think they will reduce it Via a buyback. Mark has said before when asked it is not out of the question and more an issue of timing and $$. And we should be seeing $$ soon so maybe the time will be right soon as well!

Mostly I believe it needs to be done so our NASDAQ application looks all the more stellar!!
