The chances of any ICO being funded are slim to none. Any potential investor would look at the stock and its past history. We have yet to even see white papers explaining the offering.
Remember the MRVB was never in TPAC's name so those funds if any went to Bill and not TPAC. Shareholders were told countless times it was TPAC's MRVB but later we found that was not true. Even stated it was TPAC's in a PR but it was Bill's MRVB all along.
