I was PMed a question: "Are you still in this debacle?"
I thought I would share my response:
Yeah. B is worth $100M+ at any competitive auction so I don't really have any fear of being taken out below current prices. I'm just calmly catching the knife and dealing with the cuts on my hands with gambling money. I think the knife is an antique that will be worth the stitches in the end.
The risk from such a low market cap is low compared to the potential reward. We can only lose $0.42/share. I think we'd get at least $2/share on any fire sale buyout.
Our big potential upside is still intact of course as we have yet to see Prurisol results or deal terms. So if all is well and this is just panic, Aspire, or manipulation pressure, the returns from here could be mind boggling.
I don't win many of these bets but the prize is large when I do. Such is the gambler's life on the OTC.
