I love the part of this were it says we are paying 300 mil for a company that has no revenue and will require a significant capital investment to even become a business. Wouldn’t you think because Bill used a loan from Cenbiotech to go to Ukraine, that he would just roll Cen-Ukraine into Cenbiotech without needing to line his own pockets and stick it further up the shareholders ass?
