Dallas based company BestnPet, Inc. announced today that it has acquired Pupco Brands, Inc. a manufacturer of premium, leading-edge consumable products for dogs and cats.
Effective today, the company has been approved by FINRA to begin public trading in the U.S. under the new symbol BPET and name BestnPet, Inc. The company formerly traded as Resolute Oncology Inc.
