Wasn't the increase used for the purchase of PunchTV (300+ million), and the rest used for deferred compensation for services provided.  Deferred compensation of restricted shares... i.e. shareholders, with an incentive to produce growth of the company and PPS.

When someone takes shares in lieu of cash money, they better be real sure the company is solid and anticipate growth of their shares.
