I am saying that the FINRA #'s are probably "mitigated" to the favor of Non Retail and Alan has to work with ,most likely,manipulated #'s.
To me , it's a MAJOR conflict of interest having the same crews that "operate the markets"also own and operate FINRA.They are the ones manipulating SP's,why would they NOT manipulate FINRA #'s.(Fox guarding the henhouse???)
