Step 2 = hire right leader = mick = done
Step 3 = hire sales leader = Ron = done
Step 4 = get rid of toxic lending = 95% done
Step 5 = line up non toxic funding = Carden = done
Step 6 = Reg A lined up = close to filing

Just consider how many steps I glossed over to hit just the biggest steps.

Longs - patients and understand things never go as expected
Management - under promise & over achieve i.e. set deadlines with fluff so you can come in under deadline
Long term success is the goal and that takes time
If you expect overnight success you will be disappointed
If you expect long term success you will be rewarded
