Just watch the webinar demo of NotifiCRM 2.0 that Kurt and Denise just did.

Really nice interface, very simple to use, about as slick and modern as you can get. Creating an interactive video is so easy and the software is lightening fast as much of your work get be done offline.
No go out to any of the CRM solutions out there and search for a demo on youtube and compare. I just did with a product Rory just mentioned and there were more windows popping up everywhere and totally confusing.
