Do you think J&J really thinks they can pull this sale off and get away without paying what they owe to companies like DECN? I mean, do they really think DECN won’t put up a legal battle?

Also, would a judge/legal system really allow J&J to duck out of these current legal cases before a final verdict has been rendered?
