It makes sense that Brad wants the revenue stream to be a part of the filing, and if one thinks about it, that makes it VERY CREDIBLE!
It will be very difficult for the bashers to say the contract is made up or phony etc. if the contract is part of the Reg-A filed that the SEC approves for that will give it additional validity!!!
Scenario: (this is not real, but an illustration)
PR: WRFX signs 5 year $350,000 deal with xyzj company who demands an NDA for 1 year. All the bashers will have a field day with the NDA by saying it is not real, etc, etc...
If the SEC gives approval with it in the REG-A, we will be very glad Brad waited.
