My guess was Brad was over ambitious on his estimate and that the process will take longer then he expected. So unfortunately we may not see it this week. That bites since I’d love to bash the bashers.

However, it is the big picture that matters and we all need to think like long term investors who care about extended time frames like 12/24/36 months.

If Brad misses the Reg A timeline he promised for this week but does deliver it in near term future will it matter in one year? NO
