Excellent DD on your part and the tail number is the same as the plane from yesterday and the same one that was the subject of the Songbird transaction I do believe. Takes off in less than 5 minutes. Still does not definitely mean that this is being readied for USGL but it could be as AerSale has this and other planes on the market. Let's hope!
