I like 4SD and his posts and all he has done. However, I do not rely on anyone's timetable here (including other posters here). News will come when it comes. If everyone relies on a certain date, there is a real risk of disappointment if it misses that precise date. It may be a bigger mistake to assume the Appeals Court will rule by a certain date. Just take things one day and one news release at a time. If everyone is fixed on day X and it doesn't come until day Y, there may be unnecessary apprehension and emotion. We are in a good place.
