Correct, that's right. I forgot about the fact that he was not going to have funds until later. Even better, that means we are gaining some momo without that huge number of shares. Maybe he can come in Monday or Friday if he gets funds and really help us out. That about covers the 37 million B shares after the conversion. If he is for real that could be huge!
