OWCP did not receive any funds from the service agreement with PharmItBe. It was the other way around! As the 10-K states OWCP paid them approximately 100K.

On December 20, 2017, we announced that we received a new permit from the Israel Medical Cannabis Agency (“IMCA”) to proceed with the safety study of our cannabis soluble tablet delivery system. The study protocol has been submitted and approved by the Institutional Review Board (“IRB”) at Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center (“Sourasky”) and has been approved by them.
