Poseidon has followed up on the hub on this gov't contract. I'll invite him over. Also I spent several years in the Army as a Senior Technical Instructor at Aberdeen Proving Ground and have taught at a couple of Colleges. Believe me.....I know how this can be used within Armed Services branch of Government and education.
