If needed R&G may file a reply brief or oral argument 14 days to address any questions the court may have and after SA response. Its a good thing
Don't think SA has any legal basis for the Supreme court to review this, when SA's claim of Alice 101 is overturned , like so many other similar cases that were have recently been overturn for not following the legal guidelines for such cases.
Its SA that will seek a settlement at that point as Alice 101 was the only nail they were hanging there entire case on. When the judge overturns it and disallows it from being argued any further at the lower level . Its over
